Ingredients
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
8 oz rotini pasta
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil or butter. Add diced chicken and season with garlic powder. Cook until golden and fully cooked.
3. Lower the heat. Add cream cheese to the skillet and stir until melted.
4. Pour in the milk, whisking to combine. Stir in Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning until the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Stir to coat the pasta evenly in the ranch sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add a splash more milk when reheating leftovers.
