Ingredients
1 scoop collagen powder
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon nut butter (almond or peanut)
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
4 to 5 ice cubes
Instructions
1. Pour 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk into your blender.
2. Add 1 scoop of collagen powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and 1 tablespoon nut butter.
3. Add 1 ripe banana and sweetener if using.
4. Add 4 to 5 ice cubes.
5. Blend on high for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
6. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
