Ingredients
1 pound chicken breasts
2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup fusilli or rotini pasta, uncooked
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or dill, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken with Greek seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. Grill the chicken over medium-high heat until fully cooked and charred. Set aside to rest, then slice.
3. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and cool.
