Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

1 medium onion, chopped

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 red bell pepper, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce

1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Mix in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
  7. Stir the macaroni into the sauce and simmer together for 5-10 more minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
