Description

Looking for a quick dinner idea that’s big on flavor and low on effort? This Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp delivers a mouthwatering combination of buttery, garlicky goodness with a crispy Parmesan coating. It’s an easy recipe perfect for weeknight dinners, impressive appetizers, or even healthy snacks. With minimal prep and fast cooking time, it’s one of those go-to food ideas that saves the day when you want something delicious and stress-free.

Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease with cooking spray or olive oil.

2. In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

3. In another bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and chopped parsley.

4. Lightly dredge each shrimp in the breadcrumb mixture and arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Roast for 10–12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque and the coating is golden.

6. Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.

7. Remove from oven and squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.

Notes

Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning to help the coating stick and roast better.

For dairy-free, swap Parmesan with nutritional yeast or a plant-based alternative.

Don’t skip the lemon—it balances the richness beautifully.
