Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a lighter take on the classic comfort dish. Made with ground chicken, garlic, and Parmesan, they’re moist, savory, and topped with a golden cheesy crust. Ideal for weeknight meals or prepping ahead, they deliver hearty satisfaction with a fresh twist.


Ingredients

Ground Chicken

Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Garlic (minced)

Breadcrumbs

Egg

Milk

Fresh Parsley

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil or Butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into 4–6 small loaves and place on baking sheet.
  4. Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature hits 165°F (74°C).
  6. In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top and bake until melted.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
