These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves are a lighter take on the classic comfort dish. Made with ground chicken, garlic, and Parmesan, they’re moist, savory, and topped with a golden cheesy crust. Ideal for weeknight meals or prepping ahead, they deliver hearty satisfaction with a fresh twist.
Ingredients
Ground Chicken
Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
Garlic (minced)
Breadcrumbs
Egg
Milk
Fresh Parsley
Salt and Pepper
Olive Oil or Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line or grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4–6 small loaves and place on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with olive oil or melted butter.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature hits 165°F (74°C).
- In the last 5 minutes, sprinkle extra Parmesan on top and bake until melted.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
