Description

Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Parmesan Shells combine rich, juicy steak with velvety, cheesy pasta shells. Perfect for a comforting dinner that’s both elegant and quick to prepare.

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh chopped parsley (optional)

For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

8 ounces medium pasta shells

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 cups milk (whole milk recommended)

1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Salt and black pepper to taste

Pinch of nutmeg (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak in batches for 2-3 minutes per side. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Return steak to skillet and toss in garlic butter. Add remaining butter and melt. Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
  4. In a separate saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons butter. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Reduce heat and stir in parmesan, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with parmesan sauce. Serve with steak bites and garnish as desired.
