Garlic (freshly minced)

Breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Make the Chicken Balls: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into small balls.
- Cook the Chicken Balls: In a skillet with butter, sear chicken balls on all sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Cook Pasta: Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
- Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, add cream, bring to simmer, and stir in parmesan. Let thicken slightly.
- Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, add reserved pasta water if needed. Add chicken balls and coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley.
