Ingredients

Ground Chicken

Garlic (freshly minced)

Parmesan Cheese

Butter

Breadcrumbs

Egg

Italian Seasoning

Heavy Cream

Fettuccine Pasta

Parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Make the Chicken Balls: In a bowl, mix ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Roll into small balls.
  2. Cook the Chicken Balls: In a skillet with butter, sear chicken balls on all sides until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Cook Pasta: Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain, reserving some pasta water.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, add cream, bring to simmer, and stir in parmesan. Let thicken slightly.
  5. Combine: Toss pasta in the sauce, add reserved pasta water if needed. Add chicken balls and coat with sauce. Garnish with parsley.
