Crunchy Fruity Pebbles taco shells filled with a fluffy no-bake cheesecake filling make for a vibrant and fun dessert that’s perfect for parties or just a playful treat at home.
Ingredients
6 small tortillas or taco shells
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Warm tortillas to make pliable, drape over oven rack, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until they hold a taco shape. Cool completely.
- Melt white chocolate chips and dip the outside of each shell, then press Fruity Pebbles onto the chocolate coating. Set aside to harden.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Separately, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into each prepared taco shell.
- Chill tacos for at least 30 minutes before serving.
