Crunchy Fruity Pebbles taco shells filled with a fluffy no-bake cheesecake filling make for a vibrant and fun dessert that’s perfect for parties or just a playful treat at home.

Ingredients

6 small tortillas or taco shells

1 cup white chocolate chips

1 ½ cups Fruity Pebbles cereal

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Warm tortillas to make pliable, drape over oven rack, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes until they hold a taco shape. Cool completely.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips and dip the outside of each shell, then press Fruity Pebbles onto the chocolate coating. Set aside to harden.
  3. Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Separately, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling into each prepared taco shell.
