Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil (for pan-searing)
Bang Bang Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Thai sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
Garnish:
Chopped green onions
Toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Lime wedges (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and vinegar until smooth. Set aside.
- Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until flaky.
- Alternative: Bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes or air-fry at 390°F for 10–12 minutes.

- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
