This fiery chicken ramen is a bold, comforting bowl of noodles swimming in a rich, creamy garlic sauce. Topped with smoky grilled chicken and fresh scallions, it transforms everyday ramen into a dish bursting with flavor and texture. Perfect for cozy nights or easy entertaining.


Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

4 cloves garlic, minced

12 tablespoons chili paste or sriracha (adjust to heat preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon cooking oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Rub chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear on medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste to taste. Keep warm on low heat.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  5. Assemble bowls: place noodles in each, ladle over garlic sauce, and top with sliced chicken.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
