Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts
2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
4 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tablespoons chili paste or sriracha (adjust to heat preference)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rub chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Grill or sear on medium-high heat for 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through. Slice and set aside.
- In a saucepan, sauté garlic in a little oil until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili paste to taste. Keep warm on low heat.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Assemble bowls: place noodles in each, ladle over garlic sauce, and top with sliced chicken.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
