Description

A boldly spiced, creamy ramen dish that features seared chicken thighs, garlic cream sauce, and tender noodles—perfect for quick weeknight dinners or cozy indulgent meals.


Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

2 packs ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon paprika

2 tablespoons butter (divided)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
  2. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package, drain and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
  7. Toss cooked noodles into the sauce to coat.
  8. Slice rested chicken and serve on top of creamy noodles.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
