Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 packs ramen noodles (flavor packets discarded)
1 cup heavy cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons butter (divided)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and rest.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package, drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and soy sauce. Simmer 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Toss cooked noodles into the sauce to coat.
- Slice rested chicken and serve on top of creamy noodles.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
