Description

Ingredients

12 shortbread tartlet shells

200 g white chocolate

250 ml heavy cream

1 tsp powdered gelatin (optional)

12 fresh strawberries

2 tbsp powdered sugar


Instructions

1. Prepare the tartlet shells by baking or thawing as needed; cool completely.

Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler; let cool slightly.

Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.

Fold melted white chocolate into whipped cream carefully; add dissolved gelatin if using.

Pipe or spoon the mousse into tartlet shells.

Chill for 1–2 hours until set.

Top with strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Chill the mixing bowl before whipping cream for extra volume.
