Description

Elegant Lemon Marbled Cheesecake Bars combine a silky cream cheese base with vibrant swirls of tangy lemon curd, all on top of a crisp graham cracker crust. They’re easy to prepare but look stunning on any dessert table. Serve chilled for a refreshing finish to your meal.


Ingredients

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

16 ounces cream cheese, softened

2/3 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ cup sour cream

½ cup lemon curd (homemade or store-bought)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into pan to form crust. Bake 10 minutes; let cool.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, then eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Dot top with lemon curd and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until center is just set.
  7. Cool to room temperature, then chill for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
