3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch square baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Slowly pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
