Description
This Easy Snicker Apple Salad combines tart green apples with chopped Snickers bars and fluffy whipped topping for a sweet, creamy, and crunchy dessert salad. Perfect for BBQs, potlucks, or an easy no-bake treat, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s quick to prep and always gets second servings.
Ingredients
4 to 5 Granny Smith apples
4 to 5 Snickers bars
1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz) – optional
1/2 cup milk (only if using pudding mix)
8 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup toasted pecans or coconut – optional
Instructions
1. Wash, core, and dice the apples into bite-sized chunks. Add them to a large mixing bowl.
2. Chop the Snickers bars into small pieces and add them to the bowl with the apples.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the pudding mix with milk until slightly thickened. Fold in the whipped topping until smooth and creamy.
4. Gently fold the pudding-cream mixture into the apple and candy mixture until evenly coated.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and sprinkle with toasted pecans or coconut if using.
6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture and flavor.
Notes
For a lighter option, use sugar-free pudding and light whipped topping.
Chill the Snickers bars before chopping to make cleaner cuts.
If not serving immediately, toss the apple chunks in lemon juice to prevent browning.
