Description
Easy Marshmallow Swirl Fudge is a rich, no-bake treat with a silky chocolate base and a dreamy marshmallow swirl. Perfect for gifting, holiday trays, or an indulgent snack. This recipe delivers glossy squares with just the right amount of sweetness and visual flair, without needing a candy thermometer.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup marshmallow creme
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang, and lightly grease it.
2. In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the chocolate chips, butter, and condensed milk over medium-low heat while stirring constantly.
3. Remove from heat, then stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
4. Pour two-thirds of the mixture into the pan and smooth the top.
5. Add dollops of marshmallow creme over the top, followed by the remaining fudge mixture.
6. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the chocolate and marshmallow together.
7. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours or until firm.
8. Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
Don’t over-swirl or the fudge will lose its marbled look—less is more.
Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
For a fun twist, fold in ¼ cup of crushed graham crackers for a s’mores vibe.
