Ingredients
3 cups frozen sweet corn (or fresh)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the corn and stir to coat. Let it sit undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to get a bit of color.
- Drizzle in the honey and stir to combine. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly caramelized.
- Lower heat to medium-low, add the heavy cream, and stir until glossy.
- Season with salt, taste, and adjust. Serve hot.
