Description

A quick and comforting skillet side dish that comes together in just 15 minutes. Sweet corn meets warm honey, creamy butter, and a splash of cream for a rich, golden, and savory-sweet bite.


Ingredients

3 cups frozen sweet corn (or fresh)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add the corn and stir to coat. Let it sit undisturbed for 2–3 minutes to get a bit of color.
  3. Drizzle in the honey and stir to combine. Cook for 3–4 minutes until slightly caramelized.
  4. Lower heat to medium-low, add the heavy cream, and stir until glossy.
  5. Season with salt, taste, and adjust. Serve hot.
