Description

Ingredients

Ground Beef

Onion

Garlic

Tomato Sauce

Tomato Paste

Beef Broth

Pasta (elbow or shell)

Salt and Pepper

Parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the onion is soft.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste, then add tomato sauce and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain.
  5. Combine the pasta with the beef sauce. Stir to coat evenly and let it sit on low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired
