Ingredients
1 lb Boneless Chicken (breasts or thighs)
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Cornstarch
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
- Dip each chicken piece into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- Remove chicken and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- In a separate pan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil (if using). Stir over medium heat until heated through.
