Ingredients

1 lb Boneless Chicken (breasts or thighs)

1 cup Flour

1/4 cup Cornstarch

1 Egg

1 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Pepper

1/2 cup Honey

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

2 cloves Garlic (minced)

1 tbsp Sesame Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
