Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (85-90% lean)
1/2 head green cabbage, chopped
3 tablespoons soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green onions, sliced
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook, breaking it apart, until fully browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add chopped cabbage and stir to coat with sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
