This Easy Cheesy Biscuit Loaf is everything a cheesy bread should be: gooey inside, golden on top, and delightfully fluffy. It’s a pull-apart loaf layered with cheddar and buttery flavor, perfect for brunches, dinners, or comfort food cravings.
Ingredients
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (preferably layered or buttermilk style)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Separate biscuits and slice each in half horizontally.
- Layer biscuit halves and cheddar cheese alternately in the loaf pan.
- Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until top is golden and cheese bubbles through.
- Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
