  • Author: Julia Koch
  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 1 loaf (serves 6–8)

Description

This Easy Cheesy Biscuit Loaf is everything a cheesy bread should be: gooey inside, golden on top, and delightfully fluffy. It’s a pull-apart loaf layered with cheddar and buttery flavor, perfect for brunches, dinners, or comfort food cravings.

Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (preferably layered or buttermilk style)

2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, freshly grated

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuits and slice each in half horizontally.
  3. Layer biscuit halves and cheddar cheese alternately in the loaf pan.
  4. Mix melted butter and garlic powder; brush over the top of the loaf.
  5. Bake for 30–35 minutes, until top is golden and cheese bubbles through.
  6. Cool for 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
