Ingredients
1 box brownie mix (18–20 oz)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and flour. Stir until thick and uniform. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place on the baking sheet 2 inches apart.
4. Bake 9–11 minutes until tops are set but soft.
5. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes, then transfer to cooling rack.
Notes
Use fudge-style brownie mix for richer, chewier cookies.
For gooey centers, pull from the oven as soon as tops are set.
