Description
This Easy Best Stuffing Meatloaf is the ultimate comfort food with minimal prep. It combines seasoned stuffing mix with ground beef for a juicy, flavorful loaf that slices beautifully and brings nostalgic, home-cooked warmth to the dinner table.
Ingredients
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 box stuffing mix (6 ounces)
2 large eggs
¾ cup milk or broth
½ medium onion, finely diced
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup ketchup or BBQ sauce (for glaze)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, stuffing mix, eggs, milk or broth, diced onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix just until combined—don’t overmix.
3. Shape into a loaf and place into the prepared pan or shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Spread ketchup or BBQ sauce over the top.
5. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
6. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.
Notes
Don’t overmix the meat or it can turn dense—mix gently just until combined.
Let the loaf rest after baking to lock in juices and prevent crumbling.
Using BBQ sauce instead of ketchup adds a smoky twist to the glaze.
