Ready to upgrade your weeknight dinner routine with something bold, cheesy, and utterly satisfying? This Deep Hamburger Sausage Pepperoni Bake combines all the best flavors of a meat-loaded pizza with the comfort of a baked casserole. Perfect for quick dinners, hearty lunches, or casual gatherings, this easy recipe layers ground beef, Italian sausage, melty mozzarella, crispy pepperoni, and a golden hash brown crust into one impressive dish. If you’re looking for delicious dinner ideas, easy recipes, or filling food ideas that please a crowd—this one’s a must-try.

Ingredients

2 cups shredded hash browns

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 pound ground hamburger

1/2 pound Italian sausage

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

20 slices pepperoni

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. In a bowl, combine hash browns, eggs, salt, and pepper. Press mixture into the baking dish to form a crust. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly golden.

3. While crust bakes, cook ground hamburger and Italian sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Stir in garlic powder and onion powder.

4. Spread pizza sauce over the baked crust. Layer the cooked meat evenly over the sauce.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the meat layer.

6. Arrange pepperoni slices evenly over the cheese.

7. Return dish to the oven and bake an additional 20–25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and pepperoni is crisp.

8. Let cool for 5–10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

For a crispier base, broil the crust for 2–3 minutes after the first bake.

Use pre-shredded potatoes or frozen hash browns for convenience—just thaw before mixing.

Feel free to mix in chopped mushrooms, bell peppers, or olives with the meat for extra flavor and texture.
