Description

These Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites are tender, juicy chunks of beef slow-cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce with melted parmesan. It’s a comforting, hands-off dish that’s perfect for weeknights or impressing dinner guests. Serve it over mashed potatoes, pasta, or crusty bread for a soul-warming meal.


Ingredients

1.5 pounds beef sirloin or stew meat, cubed

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

½ cup grated parmesan cheese, divided

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

2. (Optional) In a skillet over high heat, sear steak bites until browned on all sides to lock in flavor.

3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, beef broth, and half of the parmesan cheese. Stir to blend.

4. Add steak bites to the crockpot and pour the garlic parmesan sauce over them.

5. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2.5–3 hours until steak is tender.

6. Sprinkle the remaining parmesan over the steak before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

7. Serve hot over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Notes

For even deeper flavor, don’t skip searing the steak before slow cooking.

If the sauce is too thin, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and stir it in at the end. Cook on high for 10 minutes.

Add a splash of cream at the end for an extra decadent finish.
