Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces pasta shells
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup beef broth
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
2. In the crockpot, combine the cooked beef, ranch seasoning, beef broth, and cream cheese. Stir together.
3. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until the cream cheese is fully melted and flavors are blended.
4. Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
5. Stir the cooked pasta into the crockpot mixture.
6. Add shredded cheddar cheese and milk. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For best texture, shred your own cheddar instead of using pre-shredded bags.
Let the pasta rest in the sauce for 5–10 minutes before serving to absorb flavor.
Add a pinch of smoked paprika or crushed red pepper if you want a flavor boost.
