This Crock Pot Creamy Chicken Parmesan Soup is the ultimate comfort food. Packed with tender chicken, creamy broth, and savory Parmesan, it’s a comforting meal for any occasion.


Ingredients

34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

6 cups chicken broth

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1 1/2 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts or thighs into the slow cooker.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth, then add the garlic and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
  5. Return the shredded chicken to the soup, then stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Stir until the cheese has melted and the soup is creamy and smooth.
  7. Ladle into bowls and garnish with more Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
