These Crispy Philly Cheesesteak Grilled Wraps combine everything you love about a classic cheesesteak with the satisfying crunch of a grilled wrap. Juicy steak, sautéed onions and peppers, and melty provolone are wrapped in a tortilla and crisped to perfection. Perfect for quick dinners or prepping ahead.
Ingredients
1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak, thinly sliced
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow onion, sliced
4 large flour tortillas (burrito size)
2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for grilling)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tsp garlic powder or 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and peppers. Sauté 6–8 minutes until soft and caramelized. Remove and set aside.
- Add another tbsp oil to the skillet. Cook steak slices with salt, pepper, and optional garlic powder or Worcestershire sauce for 2–4 minutes. Return veggies to the pan and combine.
- Lay out tortillas. Add cheese and a portion of the steak-veggie mixture. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet with a bit of oil or butter. Grill wraps seam-side down 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Let rest briefly, then slice and serve hot.
