Description

Creamy Velveeta Spaghetti with Italian Beef Marinara is the perfect comfort food dinner—rich, cheesy, and bursting with Italian flavor. This recipe combines tender spaghetti with a savory ground beef marinara and a melt-in-your-mouth Velveeta cheese sauce. It’s quick enough for a weeknight meal but indulgent enough for guests. Whether you bake it or serve it skillet-style, this dish brings creamy satisfaction to every bite.

Ingredients

16 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

1 medium yellow onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

24 oz marinara sauce

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until softened.

3. Stir in garlic and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through.

4. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

5. Pour in the marinara sauce and let the mixture simmer for 5–7 minutes.

6. Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed Velveeta. Stir until melted and smooth.

7. Add the cooked spaghetti into the skillet and toss until well coated.

8. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, cover, and allow it to melt. Optional: broil for a golden bubbly top.

9. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or chili flakes if desired.

Notes

For a creamier texture, add a splash of milk when melting the Velveeta.

Want a baked version? Transfer the final mixture into a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 375°F for 10–12 minutes.

For added veggies, stir in cooked spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers with the marinara.
