Description

A creamy, comforting pasta dish featuring tender chicken breast, spaghetti, and a luscious Velveeta and mozzarella garlic cheese sauce. Perfect for weeknight dinners or when you crave cheesy comfort food.


Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

12 oz spaghetti

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 tbsp butter

1 cup milk or half-and-half

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. Bring salted water to a boil in a stockpot. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.

4. In the skillet, add more butter if needed and sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds.

5. Reduce heat to low, add Velveeta and milk, whisking until smooth.

6. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and sauce is thick.

7. Add cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat in sauce.

8. Slice chicken and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

Use freshly minced garlic for maximum flavor impact.

For a creamier sauce, replace milk with half-and-half or heavy cream.

Avoid overheating the cheese sauce to keep it silky and lump-free.
