Description

This Creamy Velveeta Bowtie Pasta with Italian Beef Marinara is a hearty, cheesy pasta bake layered with bold Italian flavor. Velveeta melts into a silky sauce that clings to bowtie pasta and savory beef marinara—perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 cups marinara sauce

1 ½ cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

Salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat.

3. Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5-7 minutes to blend flavors.

4. Add Velveeta cubes to the skillet and stir until fully melted into a creamy sauce.

5. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet and mix until fully coated with the creamy beef marinara.

6. Transfer everything to a greased 9×13 baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella.

7. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, melt Velveeta slowly over low heat to prevent separation.

This dish can be made ahead and baked the next day—just refrigerate it before baking.

For added flavor, sprinkle fresh basil or chopped parsley before serving.
