Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
12 oz egg noodles, cooked al dente
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ½ cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13″ baking dish.
2. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
5. Fold in cooked noodles, shredded chicken, and frozen mixed vegetables until well combined.
6. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and golden.
