Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast or thigh pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss chicken pieces until coated and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat grill pan or outdoor grill to medium-high. Grill chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
3. Melt butter in a skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Add grilled chicken to sauce, toss to coat, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Ensure the skillet heat is moderate when adding cream to avoid curdling.
