Description
Creamy Cajun Garlic Butter Spaghetti with Beef Strips is a rich and satisfying pasta dish that features tender seared steak strips atop a velvety Cajun-spiced garlic butter cream sauce. Perfect for cozy nights or flavorful dinners without much fuss.
Ingredients
1 lb beef sirloin or ribeye, sliced into strips
8 oz spaghetti
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Season beef strips with salt, pepper, and a sprinkle of Cajun seasoning.
2. Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over high heat. Sear the beef strips until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In a large pot of salted water, cook the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
4. Reduce heat on the skillet to medium. Melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning to the garlic butter. Stir and simmer until thickened.
6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the sauce, using reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
8. Plate the pasta and top with seared beef strips.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Let the beef rest after searing to lock in juices before slicing.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for better melting and flavor.
Adjust Cajun spice level depending on your heat preference.
