Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
12 oz penne pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Rub the chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sear in hot olive oil for 5–6 minutes per side. Set aside to rest, then slice.
2. Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
4. Pour in heavy cream and whisk until smooth and gently bubbling.
5. Add Parmesan and mozzarella. Stir until the sauce is fully melted and thick.
6. Toss pasta into the sauce to coat evenly.

Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for the best melt and flavor—pre-shredded cheese doesn’t blend as smoothly.
