Description

This Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti with Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate comfort food skillet dinner. It’s loaded with bold Cajun flavors, a medley of cheeses, and hearty ground beef—all wrapped around al dente spaghetti and baked to bubbling perfection. Ideal for family dinners or indulgent weekends, this recipe transforms your everyday pasta into a Southern-inspired showstopper.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces spaghetti, cooked al dente

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 small onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a cast iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.

3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt cream cheese with heavy cream. Whisk until smooth.

5. Gradually add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar. Whisk into a thick, creamy sauce.

6. Toss cooked spaghetti in a large bowl with the cheese sauce until fully coated.

7. Pour the coated spaghetti into the skillet over the beef. Lightly mix together.

8. Top with more mozzarella and cheddar.

9. Broil for 5–7 minutes until golden and bubbling.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother, creamier melt—pre-shredded cheese has anti-caking agents that can affect texture.

Don’t skip the broiler finish—it creates that signature golden crust on top.

Adjust the Cajun spice to your heat preference; start low and build up to avoid overpowering the dish.
