Description

These Cowboy Mushrooms are bold, buttery, and loaded with savory depth. Baby bella mushrooms are sautéed with garlic, Worcestershire, and soy sauce until tender and flavorful, then finished with a sprinkle of parsley. Ideal as a side dish, snack, or party bite.


Ingredients

1 lb baby bella mushrooms

3 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

½ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper (adjust to taste)

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Trim stems if needed.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mushrooms and cook for 7-9 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix to coat.
  6. Simmer for 2-3 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot.
