Ingredients

4 cups corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the corn and cook for 5 minutes until warmed through and slightly golden.
  4. Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream; let it simmer for 3–4 minutes.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and lemon juice; mix until smooth and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
