Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles (oven-ready or boiled al dente)

3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

3 cups Alfredo sauce (homemade or store-bought)

1 ½ cups ricotta cheese

2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning 1 egg


Instructions

  1. 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in parmesan and Italian seasoning until smooth to create Alfredo sauce (skip if using pre-made)
  3. . In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg, salt, and some Italian seasoning.
  4. Spread a small amount of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Layer noodles, chicken, spinach, ricotta mixture, mozzarella, and Alfredo sauce.
  6. Repeat layers. Top with final layer of noodles, remaining sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan.
  7. Cover dish with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake another 15–20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbling.
  9. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make-Ahead Tip: You can assemble the lasagna the day before and refrigerate it.

Just bake a little longer if cold. Drain Your Spinach:

Squeeze out all moisture from spinach to avoid watery layers.

Rest Before Slicing: Always let your lasagna rest at least 10 minutes before cutting. It firms up beautifully.
