Description

A skillet of Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Beef Bowtie Pasta is a rich, savory dish packed with tender beef, al dente pasta, and a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. It’s quick enough for a weeknight and indulgent enough for special occasions.


Ingredients

1 lb beef strips or ground beef

12 oz bowtie pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp butter

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high and sear beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
  4. Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  5. Add pasta and beef to the skillet. Toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella over the skillet. Cover and let it melt.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
