A skillet of Cheesy Garlic Parmesan Beef Bowtie Pasta is a rich, savory dish packed with tender beef, al dente pasta, and a creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. It’s quick enough for a weeknight and indulgent enough for special occasions.
Ingredients
1 lb beef strips or ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high and sear beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt butter. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Add pasta and beef to the skillet. Toss to coat. Use reserved pasta water to thin sauce if needed.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over the skillet. Cover and let it melt.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
