Description
Caramel Banana Pudding Tiramisu is a no-bake dessert that fuses the creamy layers of traditional tiramisu with banana pudding and luscious caramel. It’s an ideal make-ahead option for gatherings or a weeknight treat—rich, fruity, and irresistibly indulgent.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz mascarpone cheese
4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup caramel sauce
1 ½ cups brewed espresso or strong coffee, cooled
24 ladyfingers
1 cup whipped topping (optional)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and mascarpone until smooth.
3. Slice bananas and set aside.
4. Pour brewed coffee into a shallow dish.
5. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and arrange to cover the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish.
6. Spread one-third of the mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers.
7. Add a layer of sliced bananas and drizzle with caramel sauce.
8. Repeat the layers two more times: ladyfingers, cream, bananas, and caramel.
9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
10. Before serving, top with whipped topping and additional caramel drizzle. Optionally, dust with cocoa powder or cookie crumbs.
Notes
Use ripe but firm bananas to keep slices intact through layering.
Don’t oversoak the ladyfingers—just a quick dip is enough.
Let the tiramisu rest overnight for the best flavor and texture.
