Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
12 oz spaghetti
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain, toss with a bit of oil or butter, and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crispy at the edges. Season with Cajun seasoning. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cream cheese until fully melted.
- Lower heat and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce, coating well. Fold in the cooked beef.
