Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

12 oz spaghetti

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1/4 cups heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain, toss with a bit of oil or butter, and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crispy at the edges. Season with Cajun seasoning. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cream cheese until fully melted.
  5. Lower heat and add mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Stir until the sauce is smooth.
