Description

Creamy burrata meets juicy tomatoes and toasted bread in these elegant, crowd-pleasing Burrata Bruschettas. Perfect for brunches, dinner parties, or casual wine nights, they balance fresh and rich flavors with minimal prep.

Ingredients

1 baguette or rustic bread

8 oz burrata cheese

1 cup cherry tomatoes (mixed colors preferred)

1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

1 garlic clove

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

1. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch pieces. Lightly brush with olive oil and toast until golden on a grill pan or under the broiler. Rub one side with the garlic clove while still warm.

2. Halve cherry tomatoes and toss them in a bowl with chopped basil, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

3. Tear burrata into small spoonable pieces and spread over each toasted slice.

4. Spoon the marinated tomato mixture over the burrata. Optionally, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Notes

Use burrata at room temperature for best spreadability and flavor.

Toast bread right before assembling to keep it crisp.

If skipping balsamic glaze, add a touch more salt to balance flavor.
