Description

Buckeye Dip is a creamy, no-bake dessert dip that captures the irresistible combo of peanut butter and chocolate. With a rich cream cheese base and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips, it’s the perfect quick-fix treat for parties, game day, or a late-night sweet craving.

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)

Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter using a hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add the powdered sugar and brown sugar, then beat until fully incorporated and creamy.

3. Mix in the vanilla extract until just combined.

4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.

5. Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips and serve with pretzels, graham crackers, or fruit.

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the dip.

For a chunkier texture, substitute half the peanut butter with a crunchy version.

Chill before serving if you prefer a firmer consistency—ideal for hotter days.
