Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
6 oz brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
Fresh rosemary sprigs, optional garnish
2 tsp honey, optional drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Cut puff pastry into 24 equal squares and press each into a muffin well.
3. Place a cube of brie into each pastry shell.
4. Add about 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
5. Sprinkle each with chopped walnuts or pecans.
6. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes in the tin.
8. Transfer to a cooling rack. Optionally, drizzle with honey and garnish with rosemary.
9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Make sure the puff pastry stays cold until baking for optimal flakiness.
Don’t overfill the muffin wells—brie expands slightly when baked.
Try using different jams like fig or apricot for fun flavor variations.
