Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb lean ground beef
12 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/2 cup heavy cream or whole milk
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Reduce heat, add Velveeta and cream. Stir until melted into a sauce.
- Mix in the cooked pasta until fully coated.
- Season with paprika, pepper, and salt to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
