Ingredients
6 cups Rice or Corn Chex cereal
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
4 oz cream cheese, softened
12 Oreo cookies, crushed
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
2. Stir in crushed Oreos until evenly combined with the melted chocolate mixture.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add the Chex cereal. Pour the Oreo-chocolate mixture over the cereal and gently fold with a spatula to coat completely.
4. Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag or a container with a lid. Add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until every piece is evenly coated.
5. Spread the mix on a baking sheet to cool completely. Once dry, transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese for best consistency in the melted mixture—it prevents clumping.
Let the mixture cool before sealing it up to avoid condensation making it soggy.
