Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning or your own mix (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper)
2 cups frozen French fries
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded lettuce
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: Sour cream, hot sauce, diced onions
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thick.
- Bake or air-fry the frozen fries until crispy.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave until soft.
- On each tortilla, layer beef, fries, shredded cheese, nacho cheese sauce, and lettuce. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Fold in the sides and roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Grill burritos seam-side down in a skillet until golden and heated through.
