Ground beef

Green beans

Carrots

Soy sauce

Garlic

Ginger

Cornstarch

Sugar

Sesame oil

Cooked white rice


Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Trim and cut the green beans, peel and julienne the carrots, mince garlic and ginger. Cook rice.
  2. Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet, heat oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Cook the Vegetables: Push beef aside, add green beans and carrots. Stir fry until tender-crisp.
  4. Add Aromatics: Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Make the Sauce: Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and water. Pour into skillet and stir until thickened.
  6. Finish and Serve: Drizzle with sesame oil and serve over rice.
