Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: Trim and cut the green beans, peel and julienne the carrots, mince garlic and ginger. Cook rice.
- Brown the Ground Beef: In a skillet, heat oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Cook the Vegetables: Push beef aside, add green beans and carrots. Stir fry until tender-crisp.
